Welcome! I’m Logan R. Heard - a queer researcher, strategist, and consultant working at the intersection of institutional reform, transitional justice, and systems transformations. My work engages the space between hurting and healing, policy and practice, critique and compassion.

I support institutions, organizations, and communities in reimagining justice processes that center those most often left at the margins. Rooted in the belief that justice must be queer to be complete, I offer consulting, facilitation, and research services grounded in intersectional analysis, adaptive mediation, and practices of memory and repair.
